About Us
We Are RBC
Our Story
In 2016, a group of about 50 people constituted and covenanted together, forming Redeemer Baptist Church. This was, technically, a renaming, reconstituting, and re-covenanting service of an already existing church that was founded in 1989. So, for over 30 years, God has been working in and through this local body of believers in Rincon, GA. He has cared for us through many triumphs and many tragedies–all for his glory!
Of course, our story is just a part of the bigger story of what God is doing in the world, which goes back for thousands of years to the first pages of the Bible. It’s impossible to understand our story without knowing the story of his people in the Law and the Prophets of the Old Testament, the Gospels, Acts, and Epistles of the NT, and in the lives of the many saints throughout church history since then–godly men and women on whose shoulders we humbly stand today!
God continues adding disciples of Jesus to our number and establishing and equipping us for life with him as we seek to make the glory of Jesus known in this fallen world. We’re not a perfect church, but we have been loved by a perfect Savior; therefore, we are eager to spend our lives glorifying and enjoying him–now and forever–and we’d love for you to join us as we seek to tell everyone about this all-satisfying God who loves and lives with sinners.

Our Mission
Redeemer Baptist Church is a family of faith that exists to worship God with joy, to love our neighbors, to see transformed lives, and to send and be sent for the spread of the gospel through Jesus Christ.
What We Believe
Truth
We believe God has revealed Himself and His will to mankind through the Bible, and so we focus our primary efforts on studying, understanding, and applying the Bible to our daily lives. We want to know, trust, and love God’s Holy word.
Community
The gospel unites God’s people together in community, and we believe one of the most important means of Christian growth and discipleship is intentional Christian relationship. We value and encourage regular attendance in our weekly worship gathering, Sunday school, and a small group. We also encourage the body of Christ to be hospitable toward one another and to our neighbors that we might enter the homes and lives of each other on a deeper level.
